Shipping costs

There is a flat $4 shipping charge for all small accessory orders.

Submit this information to get a quote for FedEx Home Delivery. Add these charges to the price of your purchase to determine your total cost.

After dispatching, we will e-mail your tracking number to you so that you can arrange a convenient delivery schedule.

Payment Options

You can now pay by credit card - Just click the product of your choice and you will be taken striaght to our shopping cart.

We accept credit cards through the on-line payment service, Paypal. You can find a link to our account at the bottom of our order form. The other quick and easy way to pay for your purchase is with FedEx's COD (cash-on-delivery) service. With this feature, you can order now and pay for both the board and the shipping cost when the FedEx driver brings it to your door. There is a $7.50 charge for this service.

The final alternative is to calculate your shipping charges in advance and mail us a personal check or money order for the total cost. Please make checks payable to Billiboards, PO Box 1982, Durham, NC, 27702.

Guarantee

If the board arrives damaged, do not accept delivery and FedEx will return it free of charge. Check to see if there is any obvious damage to the packaging before the driver leaves. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product, after contacting us you may return the board at your expense, provided it is in "as-new condition", and we will exchange it for a new board or refund your initial purchase price.
