Our most popular model, the "Winit", has an 8mm Indian ply playing surface with the standard eight-point compass design. The surface is nicely finished while the shisham wood frame is thick enough to give good rebound to a well-struck striker (more than 3 rebounds). With the extra backbracing and heavier materials, this board is a signficant step up from the "Ellora" or "Billiboard" and approaches the playing characteristics of the better boards. Available with a black painted frame (shown here - "seconds" only) or a clear, natural finish (see link for back and corner details).
